At Solidinks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product we create is custom 3D printed with precision and care. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we’ve outlined our Refund and Returns Policy below to ensure clarity and fairness.

1. Custom Orders & Non-Returnable Items

Since most of our products are custom-made based on your specific requirements:

  • We do not accept returns for custom 3D printed items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Please ensure all specifications are reviewed carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or is defective:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at contact@solidinks.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

  • Once approved, we will either offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the production process may have already started, and cancellation may not be possible.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your claim, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping Returns (if applicable)

  • If a return is authorized, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Solidinks only if the product is faulty or damaged.
